General lists of “the best time to post” are averages of other people’s audiences. Your followers live in their own rhythm.

Start with your own numbers

Look at your last 30 to 60 posts. For each post, note the day, the hour and the engagement (likes, comments, shares and saves).

Compare like with like

A Reel and a photo behave differently. Compare Reels with Reels and carousels with carousels.

Test, then repeat

Pick your two strongest time slots and post there for two weeks. Keep what works.

Let the tool do it

In AIGROW, the analytics page works this out for you from your own posts and shows a heat map of your best day and hour.
